A lot of people look at kindness as a weakness but I respectfully disagree. Being kind is the ultimate form of strength because it requires a major amount of conscious effort, for example:
- You have to stay calm.
- You have to be aware of your own negative feelings and manage them.
- You have to behave positively.
- You have to deliberately decide to behave with empathy and compassion.
- You have to be able to let go of your own issues.
