Fix the Hard Stuff - Life Coaching for Kind People










Many of my clients initially don't realize that the key to happiness is to fix the hard stuff. Some people spend their entire lives desperately trying to ignore the difficult issues in their past or present. All this does is create stagnation because they can only ever be as happy as the hurts they carry.

A positive alternative is to work on resolving concerns such as:
  • Childhood trauma.
  • Adverse relationships.
  • Unresolved issues that hold you back.
  • Ongoing fears.
  • Not living meaningfully or consciously.
  • Not being yourself.
  • Unresolved family junk.
  • Low self-esteem.
  • Not genuinely loving yourself.
I truly enjoy providing life coaching for kind, sensitive, creative people because they often are already working on the deeper issues in life.
